Ok so beyond the obvious; setting, car mechanics, Los Santos graffiti on the wall, Vinewood sign etc.. here are some things I have noticed:
- Licence plates are now more realistic (instead of identical text on all cards, they are random)
- Trucks have trailers (you can probably drive trucks with trailers)
- Streets look more realistic (garbage, crates, carton boxes, soda cans, tags, lots of shops etc..)
- You will probably be able to buy property or appartments (00:54)
- You will probably be able to fly jets (01:00)
- Looks like there's lots of open spaces and countryside (hills, hiking, windmills..)
- Dogs and maybe other similar animals are now featured in GTA
- There is a zeppelin in the sky (maybe will be used in missions)
- You will probably be able to work out and pump your body (00:34)All sorts of fake brands are featured in the game also;
- Bugstars "Pest control - Los Santos"
- 24/7 Supermarket
- Up 'n Atom Burger "Once it pings, eat like kings"
- Postal "We aim not to lose it"
- Brute
- Pump & Run GymnasiumCop car side door quote says "Obey and survive", car make is "Vapid".
Water scooters are available and they are called "Speedophile 2000".
