    Like mono said, don't try to beg for her back. Did that a few years ago, and it would just make me feel more and more shit, robbing myself of my own dignity and self-esteem, and it makes the healing process take a lot longer.

    Feel the hurt when it comes, but also commit yourself to trying to live life on your own terms.
