    Used to get them. I was using a bunch of shit for working out and losing weight (pre-workout drink, post-workout drink, creatine, protein shake, etc). Doctor said I may have a chemical imbalance. No shit, but I never thought of that. Said to stop taking all of that stuff and see what happens. I also deal with stress a lot (ie advertising deadlines, working for yourself, etc)...another big factor for panic attacks. So I stopped taking the workout stuff, a couple of months go by, never get them again. Might be different for you but if you're putting chemicals into your body that you really don't need (ie coffee,caffeinne, crack), maybe try just stopping all of that for a while and seeing if that fixes it. Panic attacks suck big time. Thought I was having a heart attack one time, brought me to the ground, sweating, couldn't figure out what the F was going on with my brain. Crazy shit.
