this years MAX conference was all about acceptability and code diversity. Adobe already has tools that port directly to ios and android, htm5/ css and native air. all in one application (called Edge) give it 3 years and those tools will be streamlined.
as for the 3d, ive been reading up on flash 11 and holly cow. they are making flash a powerhouse of a ide. some of the 2d/3d games
