    I don't think it really matter who is doing the suing, nor the reporting of it ... the fact is, it's happening, and that really can't be good.

    I'm really wondering how far it can go, though. If the basis of their argument is about how CSS classes are named, and the structure of the declarations, properties, etc, does that even hold any water considering CSS is free-for-use technology?
