I have a roommate. He is not listed on our ISP account. Is there a law that says I'm responsible if he downloads stuff?
Obviously, the company would go after me. If they did, could I not say, 'Oh, must've been my roommate.' It seems he could even admit to it, as long as he's not named in the suit.
This seems like a childish way to deal with these things, but really... I live in Canada. Foreign distribution companies pressuring my govt and judges to rule in their favour? Lame, dudes.
