is there a such thing as downloading illegal content? how can you know what is legal or not legal til you open it up and look at it? in which case, nothing is illegal til you verify its contents. downloading online is a mystery box til you receive it. perhaps ISPs should be billed for having such content available to begin with on their services. Corporate responsibility should not be passed down to a consumer.
