I've gotten two such letters.
About a year or two ago I got a letter letting me know that the amount of data had gone well beyond what they observe as normal traffic and that if it continued they would cap my data usage.
Then a month ago I received the DMC notice from Comcast stating that the IP add. associated with my account had been reported as illegally uploading the files.
I've resolved to just buy the shit from now on. I always felt sort of shitty downloading stuff. It was more out of impatience for actual release than of cheapness.
