    Just wanted to give you an update. I planted the sound transistor at "Dwight"'s desk about a month ago. An all company email she wrote today makes it look like it paid off:

    "If you have been hearing a sound as if you’ve made an error in an application every 10 minutes, but no error message pops up, please let me know.

    Please only reply if it IS happening to your computer.

    Thanks,

    Then later...

    "I’ve opened a ticket with the helpdesk and they are escalating this. If you’d like to check the status of this request, it’s ticket: XXXXXX.

    Feel free to call in to escalate the ticket as well. This is so annoying.
