I just go the bottle. First I should tell you the cap was broken and there was a tiny amount that leaked through the mail packaging. I cleaned up the bottle so it's all good.
I just tasted it too, great flavor I like this style of 'vinegary' sauce on pizza and fried chicken also going to make a Bloody Mary with it.
Love the stickers too, and the heat index on the bottle haha! thanks
On another note I was told a long time ago that refrigerating hot sauce will make it lose it's heat. So I never store mine in the fridge what do you think?
- you never store hot sauce in a refrigerator, it'll get clumpy. Most hot sauces have so much vinegar in them, no need.popfodders
