If so, I think it's perfectly within your right to say, 'Listen, here's the arrangement: you come in, do the tasks we assign to the best of your abilities, you go home at the end of the day and we evaluate you on that basis. My personal life is none of your business, and is not subject to discussion. Do we understand each other?'
