There's a big issue with Safari 5.1, it unloads tabs from memory randomly (or when the OS feels it needs memory) like the iOS devices do, meaning: if you had GMail opened in a tab and notice you have replies on a conversation (chat) once you click the goddamned tab it reloads the whole page losing your chat.
It goes without saying how this breaks many sites that load stuff dynamically through ajax, I hope this is a bug or they allow this to be turned off because it's pure crap. That or I'll switch to Chrome at least there's that...
