The UI tweaks are great, like the spotlight rollover previews. I also really like mission control.
I was really disappointed with the app launcher until I took the painstaking time to organize it (slowly) and hide all the bullshit.
The full screen shit cracked me up, I've been using that since win 3.1. However, after realizing that full screening at app essentially breaks it into its own desktop space, allowing me to swipe between apps, I really like it a lot. I keep a track pad to the last of my keyboard and use it only for multitouch and it's pretty great.
I forgot to check, does the QuickTime player still force the controls ontop of the playing video? That's the most annoying shit ever.
The funny part about this whole thread is how Mac users can quibble over details now because the os has evolved so far.
