    No. Hierarchy of info, that's why. The logo isn't the most important thing and isn't – unless it's one of those AAA globally-recognized brands – enough to catch someone's eye, convince them to do something, or convey the message.

    Giant logos also don't mesh well with understated/highly refined/elitist/etc branding. A quarter of the ad given over to the logo does not say "exclusive" to anyone.
