This is related to the "Design is useless" thread... hate to say this...
But did you ever consider the fact that 'the client', the person who is hiring you maybe has a point?
That the name of his brands should be bigger? Cause that's the whole point of what you are doing... it's not a peace of art created for your personal website, it's a peace of marketing material...Maybe if you did the logo yourself, then it would be amazing and you would be proud of making it bigger??
