One feature that is missing is Twitter's amazing search function. Maybe Google knows better than I do, but you'd think the search engine masters would understand how useful searching every users posts can be.
When I'm interested in a topic, I search Google first. If I can't find my answer in a few seconds or minutes, I'll search Twitter and usually find what I'm looking for.
