@mydo... this type of "sculpture" has existed for a long time - try here http://www.sculpture.org/documen… for additional information. Otherwise I can foresee a relatively simple set-up: video source (cable, satellite, etc. - if utilizing a PC for input/output a tad trickier since a PC tuner card is really only meant as a one-to-one solution), twelve way splitter (may have to daisy chain smaller ones to get the same split), individual tuners per TV (via remote and/or PC based control). Budget, budget, budget... could be expensive at the end of the day because of non-compatible technologies. One other possibility - strip out the TV guts, insert suitably sized LCD/LED screens and drive the whole set up via PC/video out.
