yea man, it was a really awesome experience. I think the biggest concern from the beginning was how weak mexicos back line was... 3rd string goalkeeper, injured salcido on left back, 2nd string replacement for center-back, Marquez coming off an injury and 2nd string replacement for right-back.
Thats the scariest situation against a US team that has always played a good counter attack game against mexico.
Adu was just burning salcido, once he got subbed the game turned around for mexico and Adu disappeared.
After that first goal mexico just put it in full throttle.
Now we have Copa America and unfortunately mexico isn't taking this team, they're taking a U-22 team. They'll be lucky to get out of the group stages
here are all the goals:
