Its bullshit! This guy sums it up! Plus a couple of my friends have said they can easily touchless ejaculate from the foreskin stroking the member. :) I also have some uncut asian friends that have tried to tell me how sensitive it is.
I will answer the question from another perspective: going from cut-like to uncut.
How is it possible? Well, during adolescence and since the growing pubic hair often caused my foreskin to retract, leaving the glans exposed (and this was unpleasant), I decided to keep the foreskin retracted all the time, so that the glans loses its sensitivity. And it did after some time. So, that's the cut-like situation.
I was however in the first years still quite sensitive, capable to explode just with kisses and a little friction (of course there is the mental factor too here). Years came to pass and after 15 years or more I started to notice that the glans became too much insensitive. And that was not funny at all.
But since the equipment was still there, I decided to place again the foreskin to its natural position and cover the glans. In the beginning it was difficult since all these years it developed the tendency to stay rolled back. With time and effort, I managed to revert to the original state. Several months later sensitivity was back and now I don't want anything to touch my bare glans.
In conclusion, the difference is big and uncut is the way men are meant to be. The inner layer of the foreskin and the frenulum have thousands of erogenous nerve endings. There is a reason why circumcision was invented.
