all men fear the word.. all men block out the memory.. but for jews, it is a party, with photos, video, and always the elderly remember it.. and love to remind the men of when they were there.. for jews, the male child is not named until the circumcision is done.
the child baby, their only hope, is to pray that cotton ball of scotch is the good kind because 30 seconds after that cotton ball is placed in the mouth its snip snip.. and then the baby is held in the air for all to see.. screaming until they pass out..
it is the heavy tradition for my bloodline to do it. that aside.. i cringe and shivver just thinking of it.. yuck!!
but i do have a scar.. and for me being a boy.. scars are cool!!!
