you need to make it look a bit nicer dude..
I'm one of those people who believes that it's never too late for a good site even if it's been done million times.. But to be successful with that you have to really stand out, have polished beautiful look to it and engaging content.
I guess you can work on content but the site as it is now is a bit dull and difficult to view because of transparency and so on and this is a major turn off for a lot of people.
Just friendly suggestion.
