99% of the rioters are clearly in hockey jerseys, but the chief of police blames it on anarchists:

There's nothing the police would like more than to make it illegal to be an anarchist. Was there violence? Must have been anarchists hiding the in crowd. Was something broken? Sneaky anarchists planned it all along!
