ok, I'm fucking over my original position here, but..
the one thing I would integrate is some kind of Mod-polling system, so that no single lowest tier mod can delete a post or a thread (we've seen how that level of ability got abused by a certain ex-member), but if two mods highlight a post or thread to delete, it's gone.
Would be even cooler to integrate a polar weighting system in there too, so if two mutually-friendly mods highlight an article to delete, it requires a third member to check and administer. Conversely, if two opposing mods (say, I and Utopian) highlight something - then that fucker's gone, stat.
