I'm actually DJing the pool at The Standard this Saturday 11am-2pm. Straight up End of The World brunch set. But it sounds like you're in town after that. There's tons of things to check outside the hotel. For starters...hit Bar Marmont across the street (next to Chateau Marmont). Once you've done the walking distance action, try to make it out to other spots in the outer periphery...Venice, Echo Park, etc. if you haven't already.
It's a little tricky to get specific without knowing what you're interested in...scenery, art, drinks, food, graf yards?
