I am excited.. dear lord.. combination of HTML5 and Flash Molehill will make these Chromebooks and web apps just mind blowing.
People don't get it really, but HTML5 new features can also be used now with Flash if necessary by a JS bridge and when Flash Player 11 comes later this year we will be able to make some insanely awesome things for these Chromebooks..
I'm seriously getting one like asap. $30 a month for such a great portable machine.
It's really exciting.. just take whatever and build these web apps for Chrome. Awesome.
Btw, I think they use Flash because of the sound and other things that HTML5 doesn't do well. Watch the HTML5 sessions from Google I/O they discuss things that are weak in Chrome, things that are being worked on and what's coming in the future.
