@HijoDMaite making Hawaiian Chilipepper Suace, Maui Jalapeno Sauce, A mix of the two which will be the really hot version and eventually Adobo Sauces (Filipino Style and Spanish Style)
All happened by accident. We grew a bunch of Jalapenos a few months ago and had to do something with them. Made up a recipe and now all my friends and family keep asking for more. They use it on breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The brand name is ADOBOLOCO™
