    We hire our freelancers at a rate of $120 - $250 an hour depending on project scope and difficulty. We don't do day rates because freelancers are expected to work at minimum a 12 hour shift.

    There's a few firms in Burbank that pay higher... That area is worth checking out if you are a serious designer/illustrator.
