    Devil's advocate here — this service is for the smallest of Ma & Pa shops and companies who don't have web presencies, nor would likely make a heavy investment for their first foray.

    This being the case, is our industry really losing out, or is it, aftyer a fashion, being invested in (no matter if in a form we find repulsive)?

    If and when these smaller companies capitalise and feel the benefit of their foray, they'll likely be more inclined to spend better, later.

    Otherwise, these people will never be on the internet, so we don't lose out anyway.

    On the flipside — I've been loathing this campaign since it started and reading here about the coupon book'-like misselling of financial advantages makes me even more angry.

    I can see me writing a letter about this...
