    just get on with it.
    once you start a week routine of training like 3-5 days you will be sorted, its getting started thats hard.


    Sprint interval training is great for fat burning and muscle gain thanks to its growth hormone stimulation.

    but finding room to sprint isnt easy, so get skipping, its great, more fun than running, but not as fun as sprinting -


    Also try long walks, some people say the low intensity exercise of walking burns fat better than more intense exercises like running, which they say burns carbs rather than fat.
