Not an easy find, since most of these things are created by CAD and not a lot of them get uploaded to the web... last time I checked.
Best route is to take a real can, unwrap the label, and take the measurements. Really straight forward. You can also scan the label. That's your technical drawing to layout the artwork.
Then take a picture of the can so that you can use it to mock-up your final product.
