The work is A LOT better than the actual site itself, and that's a compliment.
the site itself and the presentation of the work could improve a lot.
- the site could be bigger (optimized for 1024x 768 or maybe higher even)
- Make your videos and images bigger
- Make your navigation more clear ( as in bigger font, more spacing)
- It would help to make everything a little more fresh, right now it looks a bit like the 90's are crawling up your neck
- Highlight your best work on the front page
- Make a demoreel
- Think about content hierarchy and structure, as in how much attention you want certain elements to get. At this point the navigation column on the left gets most attention, while your work should be drawing most attentionJust some suggestions .. It's good you finally have an online presence.
