How do you want it marketed?
Because you can't have attention to both gourmand taste AND high points on the scoville scale. So one or the other.

- Also want to balance heat with flavour. But always with an emphasis of actually being able to taste chilli.zombee
- I'd refrain from marketing it as super hot. There are so many of them out there already. Go for the foodies: market it as natural.Peter
