    As a bit added information, the first batch of sauces will use Habanero and Bhut Jolokia peppers as their base. They'll be none of that chilli extract shite. I just want to produce some all natural hot sauces that have an interesting variety of flavours.
    The mojo inspired sauce will be the first, along with a simple super hot sauce that will use as fewer ingredients as possible - basically chilli's, red wine vinegar, lime juice and seasoning.
