    are you designing, coding and managing the distribution?
    just break it down like any other job:

    1. design - how long you think it will take to design?
    2. build - how long you think it will take to build (allow for plenty of testing as email progs are worse than browsers for indiscrepancies)

    multiply these times by your hourly rate and you are nearly there...

    now add on costs to send out and time to manage that - ie are you using campaign monitor? in which case you can add a markup to the cost of the mailout within the system.

    its really quite simple.
