    have had Nashbar rollers (the thicker ones), for about 10 years. They are great for line training and full circle pedaling. Make sure you use them next to a wall or something you can fall (bail) against — especially if you are doing interval training and get completely fried.

    Interesting that you mention coasting—I don't think I've ever coasted on rollers—not sure you even can...
    The only drawback I've ever thought with rollers is that you can't zone out at all and have to focus the entire time. Some rollers have an add-on front wheel holder option for that. (Krietlers? I think?)

    Still a really great investment and indoor exercise.
