All this talk of banning and new handles reminds me: Someone deleted the last religious discussion thread a couple weeks back. I never found out why – not that we're ever offered reasons. I seem to recall it was a (mostly) civil discussion. I posted something, came back a few hours later and the thread was nowhere to be found.
I'd like an answer from a moderator as to why the thread was deleted. The last time this happened, I asked JK what was up and he neither knew who deleted the thread, nor did he condone it. I'm not trying to resurrect a thread regarding a subject we've covered ad nauseum. I'd just like an answer as to why reasonable discussions about faith are discouraged, especially when juvenile blather seems to be the norm in most other threads.
