That's bullshit. There is no need to eat meat to 'be healthy'.
I've been a vegetarian since birth and have been healthy my entire life. I also keep in great shape, have a decent build and not a problem increasing muscle mass.
For anyone to suggest that you "need" animal products for health is full of crap.
To each their own. I am a vegetarian because I don't like meat, makes me a little nauseous seems a big, bloody steak. That's because of what I am used to. I did not become a vegetarian on some higher moral value system, I just don't like meat and have no interest in changing that (saves me a lot of money, too).
So people just be aware. You can eat healthily in a number of ways (indeed, my father is a vegan and has been, that, personally, is waaaaay to far, but that's what he chooses).
And GOD, can someone please stop that from looping!?
