Back in the early 90s me and a bunch of mates were on holiday in Corfu. Most of us were up in the rooms getting ready to head out that night while one mate was downstairs in the outside bar at the hotel we were staying in.
This guy's music knowledge was restricted to heavymetal and thrash ONLY.
When we came down later on he said to us
"You's should have been down here earlier, the DJ guy was playin' crazy tunes about living in a Yellow Submarines and Walruses"
we were like
"Mark, that's The Beatles!"
to which he replied
"Who?"
..... WTF! How could someone reach the age of about 18 without hearing the beatles before?!?!?!
