    Overall, it's a thing of horror to look at. However, I would say that it falls in line with current pop culture trends. Terrible music, bullshit TV shows, sloppy clothing, painful kitsch.

    The squished and stretched type is an abomination to me though and completely inexcusable. It's stupid to be calling it some sort of 'design'. It's bad taste and that's that.

    Urban Outfitters is now even more so without a brand identity. Their look has been hardly consistent and unidentifiable. I work right across the street from one and live less than 3 blocks from another. While their mannequins have a consistent look, there's nothing consistent. They're becoming more and more of a joke as time goes along.

    The new site really seals that.
