  Net neutrality is what we have now. Comcast, Verizon and AT&T, along with the big media conglomerates like News Corp and music and movie industry on the other hand would like to end it so they have more control over the internet.

  In response to that, what the tech industry and Democrats want to do is simply pass a law ensuring that we keep the status quo (net neutrality). Make sense?
