Yes, understood...
But really what I am interested in is looking at portfolios at this point.
But as I am able to answer them...
1. LOCATION - Off site
2. DURATION - Need estimate from designer (scope of work will be be defined)
3. DELIVERABLES - Format would depend upon both designer method and consultation from dev. (I am not in position to give latter pref. currently).
4. WIREFRAME - defined
5. ASSETS - some available but this is mostly content. This is a mostly an interface problem
6. TEMPLATES - several are needed but of course there are repeatable elements
