I use regularly a digital Volcano where my girlfriend works, and i was already used to it from previous times, and love it. I would love to try this one out and that's for sure.
But, I have this friend who build one like the Volcano and only used 15€ max. Normally it works with the 6v lighter from the car, but with an adapter you can use it anywhere. bit noise but funny.
Is going to build one now with an aquarium pump.
