I don't see how Android is the same as iOS? I agree.. it will be exactly the same as with computers.. meaning Apple will drop down like a brick in marketshare by end of next year to probably like 15%..

I'm just curious how exactly devices look like iPhone or iOS? I think that's utter nonsense.

Android OS is nothing like iOS and is actually IMO much better OS in the way it handles multitasking, notifications and openness in general. I like the UI as well and the fact that you can put widgets on the screens. So basically, nothing like iOS.

HTC phones, Motorola phones and Sony phones are nowhere anything like iPHone design wise.. Droid, DroidX, Desire and shitload of others don't look anything like iPhone and have a lot more things on them (like dual cameras - actually Apple came out with this only with iPhone 4), phisical keyboards and tons of other things. If you are saying that DroidX or EVO4G looks like iPhone I guess you need to examine your eyesight.

The ONLY phone that remotely looks like iPhone is the Samsung Galaxy S phone (the Vibrant). That one looks like an iphone.

    • dude - remember how before the first iPhone came out most phones had keys? who started with all this touchscreen hype??clearThoughts
    • it was full of prototypes, but Apple was the first one to put a successful touchscreen phone out. The same with a tablet computer.clearThoughts
    • most phones also steal the same sort of homescreen layout as the iphone too with the square iconsPIZZA
    • I've had a touchscreen phone since 1999, Palm Treo.zarkonite
