    It's a real smart idea. At least from a testing perspective. There's a shift going on right now in how brands are marketing, and putting a focus on reaching consumers on a one-to-one basis. People are figuring out that being in on all the social media noise is fairly useless unless you are engaging it and actually talking to people rather than spinning it as yet another commercial.
