Don;t say anything, let them call him for an interview and if you are present, present all evidence (your work and his) and ask for an explanation. On his way out tell him...

These fuckers need to be stopped... I'm seeing this more and more, just here, we've had at least 10 cases... most of them think they are slick and getting away with this shit because nobody confronts them.
