    for the night life hit up Washington Ave. downtown houston. Tons of bars and clubs you can hop to.

    If you want something more laid back with food, go to Rice Village off of 59 freeway.

    If you are into the indie pop scenes and artsy bars head to Westheimer area, Exit Sheppard 59.

    great mixed crowd, young professionals/college.

    If you head to Bellaire area there are tons and tons of authentic asian food. There is a highly recommended Seafood place you should try its Broiling Carb if you dig crawfish.
