    Well, they are not.

    A friend of mine is a heart surgeon, saves lives daily. Did internships in South Africa in the trauma ward before he specialised in heart surgery. Dude is topclass. You know what?
    He is the most modest guy, always questions his actions and drives
    an old Ford Capri. He never says he is topclass because he just is.
