what level of solution are you looking for here, an I don't know javascript and I want something I can copy/paste solution, or a point me in the direction of how I might write this solution? regardless, googling javascript millisecond countdown will give you a few results. or pay me to write it for you :) as far as the font is concerned, your options are separate images for each digit or embedding a font via css @font-face.
