It took every ounce of my brainpower to decipher your post, but I think I got it.
"My bosses have no integrity...its really bad. One of our clients has an employee quitting in a month. This client is having an event, and our of our designers was supposed to go, but our boss prevented him from doing so.
So, the client got pissed off because of this, and now they won't talk to our designer. They only talk to our boss. Ultimately, our boss does not stand up for the team."
So, assuming I'm right... someone at your company was going to a client event, but then didn't... and now your client only talks to your boss.
That's some heavy, heavy shit. Get out while you still can.
