    Some good bruce lee ones:
    Game of Death
    Enter the Dragon
    Fist of Fury
    Drunken Master

    The recent good ones i can think of are
    Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon (Good genuine kung fu, if your a kung fu movie fan)
    House of flying Daggers

    The Bourne series have decent fights.
